Jordan is an Anishinaabe man and a proud member of Peguis First Nation. Jordan has passionately worked with First Nations for over 17 years in various roles and he has a genuine care and understanding for his people.
Jordan graduated from the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba and went on to attain a Chartered Accountant designation in 2015. Jordan attained Competency with Distinction in module 4 of the CA program.
Jordan believes in a future time coming in which the First Nations of Canada achieve full self-governance once again. There is no self-governance without financial independence, and Jordan has built a career around assisting his people achieve financial literacy, proper accounting and financial stewardship, and a proper economic development foundation.
Kayla Ducharme-Chabluk

Kayla is a proud member of the Minegoziibe Anishinaabe people.
With 10 years of experience as a bookkeeper, Kayla has a strong foundation in accounting and financial management. She graduated from Red River College with an Applied Accounting Diploma.
Kayla is passionate about working with First Nation communities and helping her people achieve financial literacy. She believes that financial education is an important tool for building confidence, independence, and long-term financial well-being.
